Shipping Policy

Our summarized shipping policy. 

Starting October 24th. any order over $50 will ship USPS priority with insurance.  

When will my order ship?
Orders ship in 3-5 business days.  During the holiday months of November & December order processing time will be increased to 5-7 business days. 
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number please allow 24 hours for the tracking to be updated in the USPS system. 

My order is delayed or lost. What do I do now?
If your order is marked as delivered but did not show up in your mailbox, please check with your local post office.  Your post office will be the most helpful in locating your package.  We are not responsible for delayed packages or lost packages that are deemed as delivered.

Can I edit my order?
We try to be accommodating when possible. 

My order was delivered damaged. What now?
Replacements are only offered on products that damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged product please take and email us a picture to We will respond by the next business day.

My order was returned. What now?
If items are returned to us due to incorrect address or customer failure to pick up from their local post office, the customer is responsible for a reshipment fee.  Items will not be refunded.
