Shipping Policy

Our summarized shipping policy. 

Orders ship in 3-5 business days.  Orders can not be expedited after purchase is finalized.  All orders are processed and shipped first in first out.

 

No exchanges and refunds.

Replacements are only offered on products that damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged product please take and email us a picture to info@InclusiveRandomness.com. We will respond by the next business day.

Inclusive Randomness is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If items are returned to us due to incorrect address or customer failure to pick up from their local post office, the customer is responsible for a $4.50 reshipment fee.  Items will not be refunded.
